Why City Clients Choose Us

We keep the noise down, the schedule tight, and the cleanup spotless. Our written scopes outline price, sequence, and cleanup so you know the plan. Compliance and coverage are already handled.

Protection is standard: mats, cones, spotters, and tidy staging keep the site safe. Notices and polite crews keep everyone informed. We leave the street, alley, and yard cleaner than we found them.

Extended City Content for SEO Strength

City tree care is a different craft. Tight setbacks, overhead lines, patios, grills, decks, and playgrounds all sit under branches. We survey hardscape, note lean angles, and measure swing paths before rigging. Our crews use friction devices, redirects, and taglines to steer limbs clear of glass, cars, and siding.

Tree health in the city also needs attention. We relieve compaction with aeration and mulch guidance. We tailor watering, mulching, and feeding to help trees adapt. Early detection saves trees and budgets.

Structure comes first. We do not lion-tail or top trees; we thin selectively, reduce weight, and guide growth. We balance clearance with canopy health. Beauty and safety stay aligned.

Removal choices are made carefully. When removal is the safe call, we plan each cut, hinge, and descent. Cranes keep heavy wood off delicate surfaces. Climber-led removals shine where machines cannot reach.

Cleanup is part of the promise. Blowers and brooms leave spaces guest-ready. Magnets and rakes finish the details. Debris options stay flexible for your plans. Neighbors notice the difference when the block looks better than before.

Scheduling is tuned to city life. We offer morning starts to beat traffic and evening options when access is easier. We coordinate with property managers, supers, and residents. If cars need to move, we provide notice and courteous knocks. You stay informed with photo updates even if you are offsite.

Gear fits the block. Tracked lifts fit through standard gates and spread weight to protect turf. Buckets speed up open street jobs. Loaders move logs without rutting because we use mats. Climbers step in where machines cannot go. This mix keeps projects efficient and safe.

Safety culture is the backbone. Briefings, radios, and signals reduce risk. Spotters watch pedestrians and pets. We respect utilities and call for locates when digging or grinding near lines. Your site stays orderly with cones, tape, and clearly marked zones.

By 1942, Wayne Poulsen, a former star skier from the University of Nevada, had acquired 2,000 acres (810 ha) in the valley from the Southern Pacific Railroad. Poulsen met Alex Cushing, a Harvard University-trained lawyer, in 1946 while Cushing was vacationing at Sugar Bowl Ski Resort. During his vacation, Cushing toured the valley at Poulsen's invitation and decided to invest in building a ski resort there. Unlike Poulsen, Cushing had the political connections and access to the capital necessary to create a ski resort. In June 1948, the two founded the Squaw Valley Development Company and Cushing replaced Poulsen as president of the Squaw Valley Development Corporation by October 1949. Squaw Valley Ski Resort opened on Thanksgiving Day 1949. The resort was constructed with $400,000 raised by Cushing, including $150,000 of his own money. The creation of the Squaw Valley Development Corporation and Squaw Valley Ski Resort mark the modern era of the valley.
